JUNIOR ENGINEERING ASSISTANTS-IV
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Production
ii) Power & Utilities
iii) Electrical
iv) Mechanical
v) Instrumentation
Educational Qualification:
i) For Production: Three years Diploma in Chemical/ Refinery & Petrochemical Engg. or B.Sc (Math, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized university/ Institute.
ii) For Power & Utilities: Three years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute and possessing Boiler Competency Certificate with minimum 2nd Class.
Candidates possessing the following qualification may also be considered:
i. Matric with ITI (Fitter) with Boiler Competency Certificate with minimum 2nd Class.
ii. B.Sc (PCM) with an Apprenticeship Training in Boiler Trade.
iii.Three years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University.
iii) For Electrical: Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University.
iv) For Mechanical:Three years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University or Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade.
v) For Instrumentation:Three years Diploma in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute.
Note: Candidates possessing higher qualifications such as BE/ B.Tech/ MBA/LLB/ CA/MCA or equivalents are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum- 18 years and maximum -26 years as on 30.11.2017. as on 30.11.2017.
Pay Scale: 11,900 – Rs.32,000/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test.
Note: Candidates who have completed their Apprenticeship Training from Haldia Refinery in Chemical, Boiler Attendant, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation disciplines are only eligible to apply.
