1. HEAD CONSTABLE (RADIO OPERATOR)

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board and two years Industrial Training Institute Certificate (ITI) in Radio and Television or, Electronics or, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant or, Data Preparation & Computer Software or, General Electronics or, Data Entry Operator from a recognized Institute.
OR
Pass in Intermediate or 12th Standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or University or Institution as a regular student with aggregate 60% marks in PCM subject.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 12/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- 81,100/-
2. HEAD CONSTABLE (RADIO MECHANIC)

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 168 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cms; Chest (expanded) — 85 cms; Weight — Corresponding to Height and age.
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cms (154 cms for ST candidates); Weight — Corresponding to Height and age.
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documentation, Dictation Test and Medical Examination. The 1st Phase Written Test will be held on 28/07/2019. Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Documentation will be held on 09/10/2019 onwards. The 3rd Phase Written Test (Descriptive) will be held on 24/11/2019 and Medical Examination will be held on 24/11/2019 onwards. The tests will be held at various centres across India.
