ADDITIONAL PRIVATE SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 39 Nos. (UR-20, SC-08, ST-01, OBC-10). Out of the total posts 08 posts are reserved for Women candidates, 02 for E.S.M & 01 for PH.
Educational Qualification: i. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
ii. English Shorthand and typewriting with minimum speed of 100 and 40 words per minute.
iii. Knowledge of Data Entry, word processing and Computer Operation.
Preferential Qualification: A candidate (i) who has served in the Territorial Army for the minimum period of two years or (ii) who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of the National Cadet Corps.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.07.2017
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay-Rs. 4,800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC and 15 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Note: Candidates of Reserved Categories other than the state of U.P will be treated as General candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of Written Examination, Shorthand Test and Computer Knowledge Test.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.750/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates for U.P) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of High Court of Allahabad. See released advertisement for more details. The last date for payment of Application fee through Challan is 22.11.2017.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
