High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore, is inviting application form Law Graduates for the posts of – Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants. The engagement is on contractual period till 31st Jan, 2014. Eligible and Interested candidates may submit their application cum bio-data within scheduled date. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below. Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant: 40 Nos.
Required Qualification: Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks and who have enrolled as an Advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council on or after 01.01.2010
Age Limits: Candidates must have born or after 01-01-2013-01-1982
The engagement to the post is on temporary basis. The assignment will be from the date of appointment till 31.01.2014.
During the period of assignment the Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant will be paid a monthly honorarium of Rs. 15,000/-
Upon satisfactory completion of the assignment, the Law Clerk cum-Research Assistant will be entitled to a Certificate issued by the High Court of Karnataka certifying that he / she has satisfactorily completed the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant in the High Court of Karnataka.
How to Apply: There is no prescribed Application format. Eligible candidates should furnish all details accompanied by a passport size photograph, self attested copies of testimonials as age proof, educational qualification proof, enrollment with the Karnataka State Bar Council and achievements in co-curricular activities and any other relevant documents.
Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Date of Interview will be announced later.
