HIMACHAL PRADESH ADMINISTRATIVE COMBINED COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION- 2018
Educational Qualification:
i) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
ii) Candidates waiting for results/ final semester appeared or appearing are may also apply.
iii) Candidates who have passed the final professional M.B.B.S. or any other Medical Examination equivalent thereto, but have not completed their internship are also eligible to apply.
Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and below 35 years as on 01/01/2019.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. Tehsildar Class- I
No. of vacancies: 01 post
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.5000/-
3. Block Development Officers Class- I
No. of vacancies: 08 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.5000/-
4. Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies Class-II
No. of vacancies: 01 post
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.5000/-
Reserved Category candidates from the States other than Himachal Pradesh shall be treated as General Candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination and Viva-voce. The Preliminary Examination will be held at the following Centres- Shimla, Solan, Mandi, Sunder Nagar, Palampur, Kangra, Dharamsala, Nahan, Una, Hamirpur, Chamba, Bilaspur and Kullu. The centre for Main written examination will be at Shimla only.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/OBC/BPL/Ex-Servicemen of H.P.) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF EX-SERVICEMEN OF H.P. (WHO ARE RELIEVED FROM DEFENCE SERVICES AFTER COMPLETION OF NORMAL TENURE) AND PWD CANDIDATES OF H.P.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
