Screening of Applications
The resumes/Applications will be shortlisted on the basis of Academic Qualifications, Skill Levels, Experience, etc. The qualifications must match the Required Eligibility Criteria.
Recruiter Round or Human Resource (HR) Round
The Applicants who will be in the second round of the Selection Process, have to wait for Calls from the Tamil Nadu e-Gov. The Candidates will be given instructions about the Notice Period, Job assignment, Aim of TNeGA, Remuneration, Mission & vision of TNeGA, etc. And after the end of the HR Round aspirants will be notified and will be processed through the Contractual Terms, Job Roles & Responsibilities, Work Assignments, etc.
Interview
Candidates will be called for the Interview Round. Leads will take the interview. Candidates will be interviewed about their Functional and Technical Knowledge. The Aspirants who will clear the HR Round and Interview Round will be called for Panel Interviews.
