Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is inviting application for Common Written Examination for Recruitment of “Clerks” in Participating Organization (CWE CLERKS-V). Educational Qualification: Degree/ Graduation in any discipline AND should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Operations/ Language or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute

Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable

 

Age Limit: Minimum 20yrs and maximum 28yrs as on 01/08/2015, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1987 and not later than 01.08.1995 (both dates inclusive)

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 09 years for Widows/Divorced/Legally separated women, 05 years for domicile of J&K, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others

 

Selection of the candidates will be through Online Examination in two stages, i.e. Preliminary and Main Examination AND Interview. The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. Candidates may opt their examination centre during submission of online Application form (see PDF file below).

The Centre, venue address, date and time for both preliminary and main examinations and interview shall be intimated in the respective Call Letter. An eligible candidate should download his/her call letter from the IBPS website www.ibps.in by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.

Since recruitment in clerical cadre in Public Sector Banks is done on State/UT-wise basis, candidates can apply for vacancies in any one State/ UT only.

Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for the examination should pay Application Fee of Rs.600/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST, PWD and Ex-Serviceman).

The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.

After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fees / intimation charges, the candidate should take a printout of the system generated on-line application form. The print-out should be kept safely for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/ HARD CIPY TO IBPS AT THIS STAGE.
