1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agronomy with first Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associateship / Training / Other engagements OR Ph.D in Agronomy.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years for men and 45 years for women as on 06/09/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.38,000/- for post graduate candidates and Rs.40,000/- for Ph.D candidates.
2. SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Agriculture / Environmental Science.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 06/09/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- for 1st and 2nd years and Rs.28,000/- for third year.
3. SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (CROP SCIENCE)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) in Horticulture / Plant Physiology / Plant Breeding OR Master’s Degree in Horticulture / Genetics / Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Food & Nutrition.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 06/09/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- for 1st and 2nd years and Rs.28,000/- for third year.
4. SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (ECONOMICS STATISTICS & EXTENSION)

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in one of the following subjects:
Agril.Extension / Agril.Economics / Dairy Economics / Livestock Economics / Agril.Statistics/ Economics / Applied Economics with specialization in Agril. Economics / Computer Applications / Computer Science / Information Technology.

5. SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT)

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agronomy / Soil Science OR Master’s Degree in one of the following subjects: Forestry / Agro.Forestry / Meteorology / Agro-Meteorology / Atmospheric Sciences, Agril. Engg or Civil Engg. with specialization in farm Machinery & power / Soil & Water Conservation Engg./ Water Resource Engg./ GIS & Remote Sensing / Goe Informatics / Goematics / Land & Water Management Engg.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years for men and 40 years for women as on 07/09/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- for 1st and 2nd years and Rs.28,000/- for third year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
