Indian Air Force (IAF) is going to conduct Recruitment Rally for the posts of Airmen in Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) {Indian Air Force (Security) [IAF(S)]} Trade. Interested and eligible male candidates from the designated district of State Maharashtra may appear directly for the Recruitment Rally along with application/testimonials at the venue, as mentioned below, on scheduled dates. INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF) WILL CONDUCT RECRUITMENT RALLY FOR THE POSTS OF AIRMEN IN GROUP Y (NON TECHNICIAN, IAF(S)) FOR DESIGNATED DISTRICT OF STATE OF MAHARASHTRA. RALLY ON — BETWEEN 14/05/2018 and 16/05/2018

 

AIRMEN –  Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) {Indian Air Force (Security) [IAF(S)]} Trade

Unmarried Male candidates of following Districts of state Maharashtra are only eligible to take part in the above said Recruitment Rally, viz- Ahmednagar, Akola, Amravati, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Kolhapur, Latur, Nanded, Nandurbar, Osmanabad, Palghar, Raigarh, Ratnagiri, Sangli, Satara, Sindhudurg, Solapur, Wardha, Washim & Yeotmal. 

 

Educational Qualification:

i) Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination in any stream/ subjects from recognized Board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

ii) Candidates must possess basic competency in swimming.

 

Age Limit: Born between 13/01/1998 and 02/01/2002.

 

Consolidated Pay: Rs.26,900/- per month.

 

NOTE: Candidates discharged from Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Any other Govt. Organisation shall also be eligible. Candidates discharged from Indian Air Force for any reason are not eligible to appear in the rally.

 

Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 152.5 cm; Chest — Minimum range of expansion by 5 cm; Weight — Proportionate to height and age.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test, Adaptability Test, Dynamic Factor Test (DFT) and Medical Examination.
