INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF) WILL CONDUCT RECRUITMENT RALLY FOR THE POSTS OF AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘Y’ (NON-TECHNICAL) AUTOMOBILE TECHNICIAN (AUTO TECH), INDIAN AIR FORCE (POLICE) (IAF(P)) AND MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRADES FOR INTAKE: 02/2020. RALLY ON — From 17/07/2019 to 23/07/2019
AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘Y’ (NON-TECHNICAL) (AUTOMOBILE TECHNICIAN (AUTO TECH) & INDIAN AIR FORCE (POLICE) (IAF(P)) TRADES)
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Class XII or Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects from recognized Board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate as well as in English in Class XII or equivalent examination.
OR
Passed two years vocational course from recognized Board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Age Limit: Born between 19/07/1999 and 01/07/2003.
Pay: Rs. 26,900/- initially per month.
2. AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘Y’ (NON-TECHNICAL) MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRADE
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Class XII or Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from recognized Board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate as well as in English in Class XII or equivalent examination.
Age Limit: Born between 19/07/1999 and 01/07/2003.
Pay: Rs. 26,900/- initially per month.
NOTE: Only Unmarried Male candidates from designated Districts of State of Karnataka are eligible to apply. For details please see the Official Advt.
Initially, the selected candidates will be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic Training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka). On successful completion of JBPT, candidates will be allocated trades and sent for trade training of specified durations which will include Security training or any other training centre as per requirements. During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be paid to the candidates.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test, Adaptability Test-1, Adaptability Test-2 and Medical Examination. The Medical Examination will be held in the month of January 2020 at Air Force Station
Yelahanka.
