SHORT SERVICE COMMISSIONED OFFICER IN THE ARMY DENTAL CORPS
No. of Vacancies: 65 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) BDS/ MDS from a recognized College/ University.
ii) Candidates must have registered themselves as Registered Dental Practitioners with any State Dental Council.
iii) Candidates should have secured minimum of 55% marks in final year BDS (aggregate of all subjects).
iv) Candidates should have completed one-year compulsory rotatory internship by 31st March, 2019.
v) Candidate must have mandatorily appeared in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, NEET (MDS)-2019 conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi, on 14th December, 2018.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 31/12/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.61,300-1,93,900/-
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply. The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of One year.
The candidates will be undergo Training at AMC Centre & College, Lucknow for a period of 13 weeks.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157.5 Cms; Weight — 49.5 Kgs
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 152 Cms; Weight — 42 Kgs
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the marks scored in the NEET (MDS)- 2019, Interview and Medical Examination.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 200/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of DGAFMS (APF Fund), payable at New Delhi. Candidates should write their name, contact No & address at the back of the demand draft.
