ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY BY ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE SILIGURI
1. SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY
Educational Qualification: SSLC/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1997 and 01/04/2001.
2. SOLDIER TECHNICAL
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1995 and 01/04/2001.
3. SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject.
Should have studied and passed English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class X or Class XII with marks in each subject.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1995 and 01/04/2001.
4. SOLDIER TECHNICAL (AVIATION/ AMMUNITION EXAMINER)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
Three years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Electronic & Instrumentation).
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1995 and 01/04/2001.
5. SOLDIER TRADESMEN

Educational Qualification: 10th/ ITI (Experts Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper, who may be 8th pass).

6. SOLDIER NURSING ASSISTANT/ NURSING ASSISTANT VETERINARY
No. of Vacancies: Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
In case the candidate has a B.Sc Degree with (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Science) and English, the requirement of percentage in class 12th is waived off. However, the candidate should have studied all the four specified subjects in calss 12th.
Age Limit: Born between 01/10/1995 and 01/04/2001.
NOTE: Only Male candidates belonging to the following districts of West Bengal namely- Alipurduar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri, Malda, North Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur and Coochbehar are eligible to appear for the Recruitment Rally.
Army Recruitment Rally will be conducted at Baikunthpur Army Ground (Sevoke Military Station), Siliguri from 26/10/2018 to 03/11/2018.
Physical Standards: Candidates should meet the Physical Standards as given in the Official Advt. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Standard Test, Physical Fitness Test and Common Entrance Exam.
