Indian Navy is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) Course Commencing- July 2019. INDIAN NAVY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE 10+2 (B.TECH) CADET ENTRY SCHEME (PERMANENT COMMISSION) COURSE COMMENCING- JULY 2019. LAST DATE — 22/11/2018  EXTENDED TO 29/11/2018

 

10+2 (B.TECH) CADET ENTRY SCHEME (PERMANENT COMMISSION) COURSE COMMENCING- JULY 2019

Educational Qualification:

i) Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination from any Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in class X or class XII).

ii) Candidates who have appeared for JEE (Main)- 2018 (for BE/ B.Tech) exam are only eligible to apply.

 

Age Limit: Born between 02/01/2000 and 01/07/2002.

 

Only Unmarried Male candidates can apply.

The selected candidates will undergo four (04) years Degree Course under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala.

 

Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157 cms with correlated weight as per age.

Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Rank- 2018 and SSB Interview (consisting of two stages i.e., Stage I (consists of Intelligence Test, Picture Perception Test & Group Discussion) and Stage II (consists of Psychological Testing, Group Testing & Interview)). The SSB Interview will be scheduled at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Coimbatore/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolkata from January to April 2019.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Indian Navy — www.joinindiannavy.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 03/11/2018 to 22/11/2018   EXTENDED TO 29/11/2018.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
