Indian Navy invites application for SSC Officer as Pilot/ Observer for course commencing Dec-2014. Last Dt. 11/04/2014

Indian Navy is recruiting unmarried boys and girls to join the Indian Navy as Short Service Commissioned Officer (SSC) as Pilot/ Observer for the course commencing in December,2014 at the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, Kerala. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application form through Online mode from the official website of Indian Navy (See below). Educational qualification norms and brief details are given below.

SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (SSC) AS PILOT/ OBSERVER IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE INDIAN NAVY.
Course commencing December 2014 at the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, Kerala.

ONLY UNMARRIED MALE AND FEMALE CANDIDATES WITH BELOW MENTIONED QUALIFICATION ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
(a) For General Candidates: A graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 70% marks. Should have qualified 10+2 level with Mathematics & Physics.
(b) For CPL Holders: A graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. Should have qualified 10+2 level with Mathematics and Physics. The candidate must be holding valid and current CPL issued by DGCA (India).

AGE: 
General Candidates: 19 to 24 years, i.e. shall be born between 02/01/1991 and 01/01/1996 (both dates inclusive)
CPL Holders: 19 to 25 years, i.e. shall be born between 02/01/1990 and 01/01/1996 (both dates inclusive)

IMPORTANT: For the ‘Pilot’ entry, only Male are eligible to apply and for the ‘Observer’ entry, both male and female may apply.

HEIGHT AND WEIGHT: 
Height and Weight: 162.5 cms for Men and 152 cms for Women.
Body weight should be as per medical standard.
Eye Sight: Minimum distant vision shall be 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6. Should not be color/ nigh blind.
Service Selection Board (SSB) will called the eligible candidates based on their performance in educational qualification, for Interviews.
Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be scheduled from  June to Oct, 2014 at Bangalore. For details, please see the officially released advertisement from the below given live URL.

HOW TO APPLY: 
Interested and eligible candidates shall have to submit their application online through the official website of Indian Navy — www. nausena-bharti.nic.in (See the live URL given below)

After successful submission of online Application form, the system generated Registration Slip with unique Application Number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates shall print-out this generated application in two copies out of which one copy is to be send by Ordinary Post at the below given address along with self-attested photograph and Gazetted Officer attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification Certificate and Marksheet (Class 10 onwards) and any other relevant documents. One copy of the print-out shall be retain by the candidate for future correspondence.

Superscribe the top of the print-out application containing envelope with — “ONLINE APPLICATION NO._________, APPLICATION FOR SSC PILOT/ OBSERVER – DEC 2014 COURSE QUALIFICATION________ , PERCENTAGE_____%”,

LAST DATE AND ADDRESS: 
Candidates can submit the online Application form from 24 March,2014 to 11 April,2014. 

The system Generated Application No./ Registration Slip by ORDINARY POST only, shall reach the following address — POST BOX NO.02, SAROJINI NAGAR PO, NEW DELHI—110 023, on or before 21/04/2014.
