Technician & Trade Apprentices
Total vacancies: 395 seats

(ii) Gujarat: 102 seats
(iii) Goa: 08 seats
(iv) Madhya Pradesh: 54 seats
(v) Chhattisgarh: 11 seats
(vi) Dadra & Nagar Haveli: 03 seats

Educational Qualification:
I. TRADE DISCIPLINES
(i) Fitter: Matric with 2(Two) year ITI (Fitter) course.
(ii) Electrician: Matric with 2(Two) year ITI (Electrician) course.
(iii) Electronics Mechanic: Matric with 2(Two) year ITI (Electronics Mechanic) course.
(iv) Instrument Mechanic: Matric with 2(Two) year ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course.
(v) Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): 3 years Full time B.Sc.(Physics, Maths, Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry).
II. TECHNICIAN DISCIPLINES
(i) Mechanical: Minimum 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
(ii) Electrical: Minimum 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
(iii) Instrumentation: Minimum 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control.
Note: Candidates must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates in relevant disciplines.
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31.10.2017.Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through written test and personal interview.
Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for a period of 12 months.
