DIRECTOR OF ECONOMICS AND STATISTICS UNDER TRANSFORMATION & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics from a recognised University or its equivalent.
OR
Degree of a recognised University with Mathematics, Statistics, Economics as Subject and a Diploma recognised by Govt. obtained after alteast 02 (two) years Post Graduate training in Statistics.
Experience: Not less than 10 years of experience.
Desirable: Doctorate of Other Research Degree in Statistics, Mathematics & Economics is desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 45 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.1,10,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 16,900/-
2. INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES, ASSAM UNDER LABOUR WELFARE DEPARTMENT.
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology, preferably Mechanical/ Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Should have 02 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.1,10,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700/-
The vacancies are under different Departments under Assam Government.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for OBC/MOBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening/ Written Test and Viva- Voice/ Interview.
