The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years for ground duties at Coimbatore Airport and Visakhapatnam Airport. A) FOR COIMBATORE AIRPORT:
i) Customer Agent: 42 posts
ii) Senior Ramp Services Agent: 04 posts
iii) Ramp Services Agent: 04 posts
iv) Utility Agent-cum-Ramp Driver: 04 posts
v) Handyman/ Handywomen: 22 posts
B) FOR VISAKHAPATNAM AIRPORT:
i) Customer Agent: 51 posts
ii) Senior Ramp Services Agent: 02 posts
iii) Ramp Services Agent: 05 posts
iv) Utility Agent-cum-Ramp Driver: 05 posts
v) Handyman/ Handywomen: 26 posts
1. CUSTOMER AGENT
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate from a recognised university and (ii) Candidates possessing IATA DGR licence Category 9 & 10 from DGCA approved institutes will be preferred.
Experience: One year experience in Passenger Handling at Airports.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,360/- per month.
2. SENIOR RAMP SERVICES AGENT
Educational Qualification: i) Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering.
OR ITI with NCTVT in Motor Vehicle/ Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench fitter/ Welder (ITI with NCTVTand one year experience in case of welder) after passing SSC / Equivalent examination with Hindi / English / local language, as one of the subject.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates conversant with the local language.
iii) Candidate must posses valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence.
Experience: Four years experience in Maintenance and Operation of Ramp Equipment and Ramp Handling procedures at the airport.
OR Maintenance and Operation of Automobile / Hydraulic Equipment from Automobile / Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre. ( in case of Welder the Four years experience should be over and above the minimum qualification experience i.e total 05 years experience).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,460/- per month.
3. RAMP SERVICES AGENT
Educational Qualification: i) Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering.
OR ITI with NCTVT in Motor Vehicle/ Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench fitter/ Welder (ITI with NCTVT and one year experience in case of welder) after passing SSC / Equivalent examination with Hindi / English / local language, as one of the subject.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates conversant with the local language.
iii) Candidate must posses valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence.
iv) Preference will be given to experience candidates.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,360/- per month.
4. UTILITY AGENT-CUM-RAMP DRIVER
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum SSC/ 10th Standard pass.
ii) Must possess valid HMV Driving License.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,660/- per month.
5. HANDYMAN/ HANDYWOMEN
Educational Qualification: i) SSC / 10th Standard pass.
ii) Must be able to read and understand English Language.
Desirable: Knowledge of Local and Hindi languages i.e ability to understand and speak is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,860/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years for ground duties at Coimbatore Airport and Visakhapatnam Airport.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening, Written Test, Literacy Test, Physical
Endurance Test, Trade Test, Group Discussion and Medical Examination wherever applicable.
