1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE- II
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent.
ii) Typing speed 40 w.p.m. and Shorthand speed 100 w.p.m.
Experience: At least 05 years’ experience as Stenographer in Govt./ Autonomous bodies etc.
Desirable: i) Candidates having Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
ii) Should possess proficiency in Secretarial function through computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 14/08/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400-112400/-
2. GENERAL ASSISTANT

Educational Qualification: Second class in Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce.
Experience: At least 08 years’ experience in Technical Education Administration/ compiling of data on technical personnel in a Govt. Department/ autonomous organization.
Desirable: Should have proficiency in Computer application through software.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 14/08/2018.

3. UPPER DIVISION CLERK

Educational Qualification: i) Should be a Graduate.
ii) Working knowledge in Hindi.

The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Skill Proficiency Assessment Test. The examination / test will be held at the centers located in the district of Kolkata / North 24 Parganas only.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 31/08/2018
