1. JUNIOR ENGINEER/ SUB INSPECTOR (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 36 Nos. (UR-27, OBC-06, SC-01, ST-02. Out of the total posts, 04 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen)
Educational Qualification: Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400-112400/-
2. CONSTABLE (GENERATOR OPERATOR)
No. of Vacancies: 23 Nos. (UR-04, OBC-11, SC-05, ST-03. Out of the total posts, 02 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrican or Wireman or Diesel/ Motor Mechanic from a recognized Institute.
Experience: Three years experience in respective trade from a firm recognized by Central/ State Govt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700-69100/-
3. CONSTABLE (GENERATOR MECHANIC)
No. of Vacancies: 30 Nos. (UR-16, OBC-08, SC-04, ST-02. Out of the total posts, 03 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) ITI Certificate in Diesel/ Motor Mechanic from a recognized Institute.
Experience: Three years experience in respective trade from a firm recognized by Central/ State Govt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700-69100/-
4. CONSTABLE (LINEMAN)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (UR-08, OBC-03, SC-01. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for Ex-servicemen)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrical wireman or Lineman from a recognized Institute.
Experience: Three years experience in respective trade from a firm recognized by Central/ State Govt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700-69100/-
5. SUB-INSPECTOR (WORKS)
No. of Vacancies: 103 Nos. (UR-67, OBC-23, SC-10, ST-03. Out of the total posts, 10 posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen)
Educational Qualification: Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400-112400/-
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply. The posts are Temporary but likely to become Permanent.
The selected candidates will undergo Basic Training.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms (160 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 76 cms; Chest (expanded) — 81 cms
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cms (150 cms for ST candidates); Weight — not less than 45 kgs
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Documentation, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Practical Test and Medical Examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for the post of Constable) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Respective Centre for which the candidate is willing to applying.
NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/ FEMALE/ BSF CANDIDATES/ EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
