1. SENIOR TUBERCULOSIS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (STLS)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01) (Kulpi TU-01, Rudranagar TU-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institution.
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
iv) Minimum two months Certificate course in Computer Operations.
v) Minimum one year experience in RNTCP is preferential.
vi) Candidate should preferably be the resident of concerned district.
Note: Candidates should have at least 50% marks in all the requisite qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- per month.
2. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (STS)

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course.
ii) Minimum two months Certificate course in Computer Operation.
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
iv) Candidate should preferably be the resident of concerned district.
Preferential:
i) Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognized course.
ii) Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Medical Social Work.
iii) Successful completion of basic training course for Multipurpose Health Workers.

3. STAFF NURSE UNDER RCH (CH) (ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE)

Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from a recognized University/ Institution.

iii) Candidate should be registered with the concerned Para-Medical Council if applicable.
iv) Knowledge of Computers.
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience after Degree and 03 years experience after Diploma.

ii) Proficiency in MS Office.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years.
