The candidates will undergo Appernticeship training under Apprentices Act, 1961 for a period of One year in various Trades mentioned below. DREDGING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD (DCIL) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 20 POSTS OF GRADUATE APPRENTICE AND TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE. LAST DATE — 03.07.2018
1. GRADUATE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i. Mechanical: 03 posts (UR)
ii. Civil: 03 posts (UR-02, OBC-01)
iii. Electrical: 02 posts (OBC-01, SC-01)
iv. Electronics & Communication: 02 posts (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Civil from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,000/- per month.
2. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i. Mechanical: 05 posts (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01)
ii. Civil: 05 posts (UR-02, OBC-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical /Civil from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.6,000/- per month.
NOTE:
i) Candidates who have already undergone or undergoing apprenticeship training in any other Govt. / Public Sector/ Private Organization are not eligible to apply.
ii) Candidates who have training or job experience for a period one year or more after acquiring the prescribe qualification, shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice.
iii) The candidate should not have completed three years after passing of minimum qualification examination as on 01/05/2018.
The candidates will undergo Appernticeship training under Apprentices Act, 1961 for a period of One year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Academic Qualification and Document Verification.
