iii) For Materials:- Full time B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Production Engineering/ Mech Marine/ with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
iv) For Marketing:- 1st Class BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) OR M.Tech (Dredging & Harbour Engineering) from a recognised university.
v) For HR:- Full time PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ IR with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.
vi) For Finance:- CA/ ICWAI.

Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/-
For Management Trainees, the selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year. On successful completion of Training, the candidates will be on probation for one year. The candidates will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month during the training period.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, GATE score, Group Discussion and Interview wherever applicable.
