ICAR- Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (CTCRI) is recruiting eligible candidates for 09 posts of Skilled Field Assistant, Office Assistant and Power Tiller/ Tractor Operator. The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis for a period of Three (03) years under RKVY funded project entitled “Popularization of climate resilient and nutritionally rich varieties of tuber crops for economic development and nutritional security of farmers of Odisha”. ICAR- CENTRAL TUBER CROPS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (CTCRI) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 09 POSTS OF SKILLED FIELD ASSISTANT, OFFICE ASSISTANT AND POWER TILLER/ TRACTOR OPERATOR. WALK-IN DATE — 31/10/2018
1. SKILLED FIELD ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: +2 Vocational in Crop Production/ Horticulture with at least one year training in Tuber Crops.
Desirable: Experience in transfer of tuber crops technologies, knowledge on farming practices, extension skills.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- for 1st year, Rs.14,000/- for 2nd year & Rs.15,000/- for 3rd year per month.
2. OFFICE ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: +2 Vocational in Office Management with at least one year training on Office Management in any Govt. organization.
Desirable: Handling of office files and Computer Applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- for 1st year, Rs.14,000/- for 2nd year & Rs.15,000/- for 3rd year per month.
3. POWER TILLER/ TRACTOR OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 8th Standard pass with valid driving license.
Experience: At least one year experience in driving heavy motor vehicles.
Desirable: i) Should have good health and physically fit for driving.
ii) Experience in handling of minor repairs of Tractor/ Power Tiller.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- for 1st year, Rs.13,000/- for 2nd year & Rs.14,000/- for 3rd year per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis for a period of Three (03) years under RKVY funded project entitled “Popularization of climate resilient and nutritionally rich varieties of tuber crops for economic development and nutritional security of farmers of Odisha”.
The selected candidates will have to work in the respective project implementing areas in Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Keonjhar, Bargarh, Koraput, Kandhamal, Nawarangpur and Mayurbhanj districts.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
