Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce or Law of a recognized university.
ii) Ability to speak, read and write Marathi, Hindi and English.
Desirable: Additional Qualification such as ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificates of the National Cadet Corps and /or work/ service experience with the Police or as Short Service Commissioned Officer or with the CISF or Railway Protection Force or in Border Security Force is desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.06.2018

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For Assistant Security Officer only):
(i) Height — 165 cms; (ii) Chest (unexpanded) — 81 cms; (iii) Chest (expanded) — 86 cms; (iv) Weight — 50 kg.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Interview, Physicla Test and Language Proficiency Test wherever applicable. The Online Examination will be held at Mumbai/ Greater Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane in the month of July/ August 2018.
