1. GENERAL MANAGER- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MARKETING
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Should have total 15 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 06.10.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.80,000-2,20,000/-

 

2. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MARKETING, LAW & RECOVERY AND CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02)
i) Business Development / Marketing: 02 posts
ii) Law & Recovery: 01 post
iii) Civil: 01 post
Educational Qualification:
i) For Business Development / Marketing: Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution, and should have total 10 years of experience.
ii) For Law & Recovery: Graduation with full time Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution, and should have total 10 years of experience.
iii) For Civil: Full Time Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution, and should have total 10 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 06.10.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-

 

3. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: i) CA / ICWA (CMA).
OR
ii) Graduate in Commerce with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Should have total 10 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 06.10.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-

 

4. CHIEF MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MARKETING, CIVIL AND MECHANICAL)

5. CHIEF MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)

Educational Qualification: i) CA / ICWA (CMA).
OR
ii) Graduate in Commerce with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Should have total 08 years of experience.

Pay Scale: Rs.60,000-1,80,000/-

 

6. DEPUTY MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MARKETING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, CIVIL AND LAW)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (SC-02, ST-04, OBC-06. Out of the total posts, 02 posts are reserved for PWD)

i) Business Development / Marketing: 04 posts
ii) Mechanical: 02 posts
iii) Electrical: 02 posts

v) Law: 02 posts

Educational Qualification:
i) For Business Development / Marketing: Graduate with MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University/ Institution, and should have 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
ii) For Mechanical: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution, and should have 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
iii) For Electrical: Graduation in Electrical and Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution, and should have 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
iv) For Civil: Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution, and should have 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
v) For Law: Law Graduate / Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution, and should have 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 06.10.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-

 

7. DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01, OBC-03. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with CA/ ICWA (CMA) / MBA / PGDBM having specialization in Finance/ Banking from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Should have 03 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 06.10.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-

 

Special Recruitment Drive for filling up SC, ST, OBC & PwBD vacancies.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 11.10.2018.
