1. PROJECT ENGINEER (STATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (State Project Management Unit- Guwahati)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Civil engineering from any recognized institute.
ii) Must be computer literate and has to be well conversed with MS-Office package.
iii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant post qualification experience in design, supervision, project management in the water supply sector/ waste water (Sewerage) Schemes.
Experience of working in sanitation sector will be an added advantage.
Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-project will be added advantage.
Desirable: Experience of working in community based large multi village water supply and Sanitation Sector with external agencies like World Bank etc.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000/- per month.
2. PROJECT ENGINEER (DISTRICT PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (District Project Management Unit – Hailakandi)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Civil engineering from any recognized institute.
ii) Experience of working in water supply sector will be an additional qualification.
iii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Experience: Minimum 01 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in design, supervision, project management in any infrastructure sector.
Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-project will be added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.

3. SANITATION SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (District Project Management Unit – Hailakandi)
Educational Qualification: i) Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and sanitation, or a related field.
ii) Fluency in English, Hindi and local language is necessary and desirable.
Experience: 03 years of professional development experience in the WASH sector, and significant project management experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum.
4. FINANCE SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (District Project Management Unit –Jorhat)
Educational Qualification: i) M.com/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ICWA or equivalent.
ii) Must be computer literate, knowledge of tally software will be an added advantage.
iii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Experience: Minimum 03 year of relevant working experience in budgeting, Accounting, financial management for large scale programmes/ projects etc.
Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects preferred.

5. COMMUNITY AND COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (District Project Management Unit – Hailakandi)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/ Social welfare/ Rural Development.
ii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Experience: 03 years of relevant experience with multi sectoral development agencies/ NGOs / Consultants / Government Organizations in participatory development approaches.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum.
6. LDA – ACCOUNTS
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (State Project Management Unit office in Guwahati)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute.
ii) Must be computer literate and should have knowledge MS Office, Internet, e-mail etc.
iii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant post qualification experience in budgeting, financial management, accounts and audit.
Candidates working in similar capacity in Government projects/ PSU/ Externally aided projects will be given preference.
Experience of working with Tally software.

7. MIS ASSISTANT
