13. SENIOR ASSISTANT (A/CS)

Preference will be given to candidates who have done Post Graduation in Commerce and/ or have done a Certification course in the use of accounting software.

14. CLERK-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution.
ii) Possesses at least 120 hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or desktop publishing applications from a recognized Institution.
OR
Possesses a Computers Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.
iii) Typing speed of 30 WPM in both English and Punjabi.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/04/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
Note: Candidates applying for the above posts must have qualified in Punjabi language of Matric Standard or its equivalent from any recognized Institution/ Board or should have pass the Punjabi language proficiency test held by Department of Languages, Govt. of Punjab.
The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of three years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/BC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Typing Test wherever applicable. The examination centre will be at Chandigarh/ S.A.S Nagar (Mohali). The Written Examination will be held tentatively in the month of September, 2018.
