i) Should have Diploma in Engineering or Technology in any discipline form a recognized institution.

3. DRUGS CONTROL OFFICER

4. SENIOR SCIENTIFIC OFFICER (DRUGS)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Medicine or Science or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a recognized university or institution or equivalent qualification and not less than 05 years’ post-graduate experience.
OR
ii) Post Graduate degree in Medicine or Science or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry of a recognized university or institution or equivalent qualification or possess Associateship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India) with ‘Analysis of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals’ as one of the subjects and not less than three years post qualification experience. 5. SENIOR SCIENTIFIC OFFICER (FOOD SAFETY)

Educational Qualification: i) Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition or Bachelor of Technology in Dairy/ Oil or holds degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognized university or institution or is an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) or any other equivalent qualification.
ii) Has been declared qualified for appointment as a Food Analyst.

Experience: Experience in testing of drugs for minimum period of 18 months or should have an approval as Analyst from the office of State Drugs Controller.

7. ANALYST (FOOD SAFETY)

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Diary Chemistry or Food Technology or Food and Nutrition or Degree of Bachelor of Technology in Diary/ Oil or Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized university or institution.
Experience: Experience in Food testing for a minimum period of 18 months.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01/01/2018.

Note: Punjabi upto Matric standard or its equivalent is essential for all the above posts.
The vacancies are under various departments. Resreved Category candidates of other states will be treated as General Category candidates.
