1. MANAGER (TECHNICAL- CIVIL) GRADE-B
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, SC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.
Experience: At least 03 years’ post qualification experience.
Desirable: Specialization in Structural Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/07/2018.

2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (RAJBHASHA) GRADE-A
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-04, ST-02, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation, with English as Core/ Elective/ Major subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.
OR
ii) Second Class Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as Core/ Elective/ Major subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.
OR
iii) Second Class Master’s Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as Core/ Elective/ Major subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level. (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at Bachelor’s Degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree).
OR
(iv) Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class.
Desirable: Knowledge of bi-lingual word processing.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (PROTOCOL AND SECURITY) GRADE-A

Educational Qualification: i) Should be an Officer with a minimum of 05 years of Commissioned Service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force
OR
ii) The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum 05 years’ service as Assistant Commandant in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Defence Security Corps, National Security Guard, Railway Protection Force, Rashtriya Rifles, Special Protection Force, Commando Battalion for Resolute Action, Special Frontier Force and Home Guards.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.28,150-55600/-
4. LEGAL OFFICER GRADE-B
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Experience: At least two years’ experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer.
Desirable: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks or equivalent in the aggregate or Master’s Degree in Law.
ii) Proficiency in computer applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01/07/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.35150-62400/-
5. ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN GRADE-A
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science.
ii) Master’s Degree in ‘Library Science’ or ‘Library and Information Science from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Three years’ professional experience in a library under Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU/ University / Institution.
Desirable: i) Diploma in ‘Computer Applications’ from a recognized University or Institute.
ii) Qualified in the national level test (NET/SLET/SET).
iii) Short term/ crash course on content management, namely Joomla, Drupal, etc.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/07/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.28,150-55600/-
The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Offline Examination and Interview wherever applicable. The examination will be held in various centres across India. The examination will be held on 01/09/2018 (except for Assistant Librarian Grade-A).
