1. STATE PROJECT COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women’s Studies/ Law/ Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Good knowledge of Computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.
Experience: Minimum 05 years experience of working on women’s issues with at least 03 years spent in managing and leading projects and terms.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month.
2. SPECIALIST GENDER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women’s Studies/ Law/ Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Good knowledge of Computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.
Experience: Minimum 03 years experience of working on women’s issues.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month.
3. TRAINING & RESEARCH OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women’s Studies/ Law/ Governance/ any other related field.
ii) Good knowledge of Computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.
Experience: i) Minimum 03 years experience in the training and capacity building on issues related to women.
ii) Previous experience of working with the Government if any.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month.
4. ASSISTANT (TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline.
ii) Typing speed of 30 wpm is essential.
Experience: Minimum work experience of 03 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month.
Only candidates who are permanent residents of Sikkim are eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to women candidates in some of the above posts based on merit.
