1. POST GRADUATE TEACHER (SUBJECTS- TELUGU, URDU, ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICAL SCIENCES, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE & SOCIAL STUDIES)
No. of Vacancies: 1972 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate Degree in the subject concerned (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PWD) in aggregate from a recognized University.
ii) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or B.A.,B.Ed / B.Sc.,B.Ed from any institution recognized by NCTE with the subject concerned as a Methodology subject.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/07/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.31,460- 84,970/-
2. TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER (SUBJECTS- TELUGU, SANSKRIT, URDU, ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICAL SCIENCE, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE, SCIENCE & SOCIAL STUDIES)
No. of Vacancies: 960 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com with at least 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PWD) from a recognized University.
ii) Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course with the subject concerned as a methodology subject from any institution recognized by the NCTE.
OR
Four years B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed, with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PWD) with the subject concerned as a Methodology from any institution recognized by the NCTE.
OR
Graduation with Language concerned as one of the Optional subjects (OR) Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent) (OR) Graduation with Literature (OR) Post Graduation with Language concerned from a recognized University with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/BC/PWD) AND Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed. with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies from any Institution recognized by NCTE, in respect of Language Teachers.
iii) Pass in Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/07/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.28,940-80,930/-
The vacancies are in Residential Educational Institutions Societies (REIS).
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Telangana shall be treated as General Candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination. The examination will be held at Hyderabad.
