JUNIOR MEDICAL OFFICER/ GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 409 Nos. (UR-180, SC-60, ST-169)
Educational Qualification:
i) Recognized Medical qualification.
ii) 02 years experience as House Surgeon or in Private Practice or in Public Health Medical Licentiates who have already 02 years experience in the service/ private practice prior to their obtaining basic medical qualification may be deemed to have fulfilled the necessary 02 years experience OR After completion of F.R.C.A. course for one year.
iii) Licentiate officers who have 08 years of standing in profession.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 30/06/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-
The posts are Permanent in nature. The vacancies are under the Health and Family welfare Department, Government of Tripura.
Reserved Category candidates of other states will be treated as General Category candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
