I. STATE LEVEL POSTS:
1. STATE PROGRAMME OFFICER, NCD
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS with minimum 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes.
Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred.

ii) High proficiency in communication and presentation skill.
iii) Computer proficiency- MS Office.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/04/2018.

2. STATE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR, NCD CUM HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI)/ Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
Desirable: i) Diploma/ Master in Public Health/ Community Health Administration.
ii) At least 02 years experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programme in Non Communicable Disease/ HWC.
iii) Working knowledge of operating Computers and Internet usage.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/04/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
3. STATE CONSULTANT (FINANCE), DCP POOL
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA with minimum 02 years work experience.
OR
CA Inter/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Com with minimum 03 years work experience.
ii) Computer proficiency- MS Office and Tally.

4. STATE LEPROSY CONSULTANT (SURVEILLANCE MEDICAL OFFICER), NLEP

5. PROGRAMMER

Experience: i) Minimum 04 years experience in software development.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates with mobile application development/ GIS related application development.

6. DATA ANALYSIS CUM DATA VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST

Educational Qualification: i) MCA, Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Demography or equivalent.
ii) Proficiency in Computers/ Programming/ DBMS as evidenced by a Diploma/ Certificate course of more than one year from a recognized Institute, preferably DOEACC.
iii) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Statistical, Analytical package.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification work experience in data analysis, data visualization and similar work.

7. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institution.
ii) One year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/ DOEACC ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Experience: i) Minimum 02 years experience in relevant field.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in health sector.

II. STATE LEVEL AS WELL AS DISTRICT LEVEL POSTS:
8. EPIDEMIOLOGIST (IDSP)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
For state level as well as district level position:- Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc).
Only for district level position:-
i) Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 02 years experience in Epidemiology/ Public Health.
ii) Medical Graduate (Ayur) preferably MPH/ DPH.
iii) Medical Graduate (Homoeo) preferably MPH/ DPH.
iv) M.Sc (Epidemiology) with 02 years experience in Public Health.
v) Post Graduate in the field of Life Science with 02 years experience in Public Health.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/04/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month.
9. MICROBIOLOGIST (IDSP)
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
For state level as well as district level position:- Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Microbiology.
Only for district level position:-
i) Medical Graduate with 02 years experience in clinical laboratory services.
ii) M.Sc in Medical Microbiology.

10. DATA MANAGER (STATE LEVEL/ DISTRICT LEVEL)

Educational Qualification: i) MCA from recognized Institition.
ii) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification work experience in relevant field of public health will be preferred.

11. DISTRICT PROGRAMME MANAGER

14. BLOCK PROGRAMME MANAGER
