Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO), Govt. of Maharashtra, is recruiting 622 talented and professional persons for the posts of – “Junior Engineer” and “Sub Engineer”.  Interested Candidates may apply Online from the official site of MAHAGENCO within the below prescribed date.  Eligibility norms and other criteria in brief is given below—

1. Junior Engineer: 444 Nos. (Gen—330; SC—2; ST—65; Other caste —47)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in BE (Elect. Engineering) OR B.E (Mech. Engineering) OR BE (Electronics) OR BE (Instrumentation)/ Tech.
Pay scale: Rs.15285—Rs.36965

2. Sub Engineer: 178 Nos. (Gen—105; SC—29; ST—4; OBC—31; Other castes—9)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics or Instrumentation.
Pay scale: Rs.11600—Rs.32030

Age limits: (For both posts) within 33yrs as on 31/08/2012. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs; PH and Ex-Serviceman – maximum 45yrs.

After successful submission of online application form; candidates should print-out the system generated form and then along with attested copies of testimonials (such as Qualification certificate, Age proof, Caste and Etc), it should reach the below given address by Ordinary Post .

Application fee: —
For the post of Junior Engineer: Rs.500/- (Rs.250 for reserved category)
For the post of Sub Engineer: Rs.400/- (Rs.200 for reserved category)
For online payment transaction there will be additional 5% Bank charges which will be borne by the applicants. Application fee is to be deposited through Online Payment system using Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net Banking.
Candidates outside Maharashtra State should apply as General candidates inspite of caste certificates.
