1. GENERAL MANAGER
Educational Qualification: Graduation Preferably B.Com/B.A.(Economics)/B.A.(Maths)/ BBA/ BBS. CA will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum 18 years in a Bank including a Co-operative Bank out of which min. 12 years on a senior post such as CM/AGM/DGM.
Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 55 years as on 01/04/2018.
2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Educational Qualification: Graduation Preferably B.Com/BA(Economics)/ BA (Maths) /BBS / BBA.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in a Bank including a Co-operative Bank out of which 7 years on the level of Sr. Manager/ Chief Manager.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 50 years as on 01/04/2018.
3. JUNIOR SECRETARY (MALE /FEMALE)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline Knowledge of English shorthand and typing at speed of 100 and 50 w.p.m. respectively.
Knowledge of Hindi shorthand/typing.
Age Limit: Minimum 19 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/04/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19,900/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates for the post of GM/ AGM will be on basis of qualification/experience & Interview. Shorthand and typing test / interview will be for post of Junior Secretary.
