Kolkata Port Trust is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 17 posts of Hindi Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Typist, Key Jamadar, Peon and Vigilance Watcher against Special Recruitment Drive for PWDs. 1. Hindi Assistant (Class-III): 01 Nos. (UR) (VH)
Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University with English and Hindi as subject combinations.
Experience – Two years in Hindi Translation work. Preference will be given to those who are proficient in computer works.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.19100/- – Rs.51100/-

 

2. Clerk (Lower Division) (Class-III): 05 Nos. (UR) (VH-2; HH-2; OH-1)
Educational Qualification: Matriculate or equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates possessing higher educational qualifications. Knowledge in computer application is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.16300/- – Rs.38200/-

 

3. Typist (Basic Grade) (Class-III): 01 Nos. (UR) (VH)
Educational Qualification: Matriculate or equivalent and preference will be given to the candidates possessing higher educational qualifications. Candidates should possess minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Knowledge of computer is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.16300/- – Rs.38200/-

 

4. Key Jamadar (Class-IV): 01 Nos. (UR) (HH)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class – VIII passed
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.13500/- – Rs.27400/-

 

5. Peon (Class-IV): 08 Nos. (UR-3; SC-1; OBC-4) (VH-3; HH-3; OH-2))
Educational Qualification: Minimum class VIII passed.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.13500/- – Rs.27400/-

 

6. Vigilance Watcher: 01 Nos. (UR) (HH)
Educational Qualification: Minimum class VIII passed.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.13500/- – Rs.27400/-

Upper Age Relaxation: 5 yrs. for SC, 3 yrs. for OBC and additional 10 yrs. for PWD
