Education: A certificate in the respective trade from a recognized Technical Institution, or VIII Std. pass with one year of experience in the trade. For an M.V. Mechanic, a valid HMV Driving Licence is also required.
Age Limit:
- General: 18 to 30 years as of 01.07.2024
- SC/ST: Relaxation by 5 years
- OBC: Relaxation by 3 years
- Central Government Servants: Up to 40 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 3 years (additional 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
Pay: ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 (Level 2 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) + admissible allowances.
