MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ADMINISTRATION)
No. of Vacancies: 60 Nos. (HR- 30 posts, Marketing- 10 posts, Materials Management- 20 posts)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental candidates) with at least 02 years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental candidates) in Human Resources/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management for Materials Management discipline.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 14/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600-46500/-
The selected candidates will be placed on Training for one year. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be placed on Probation for one year.
The candidates will be posted at any Plant/ Unit/ Mine location of Steel Authority of India (SAIL).
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The Online Examination will be held on 21st July, 2019. The Examination will be held at various centres across India.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.700/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Departmental candidates) as Application Fee.
