1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 19 Nos. (UR-10, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-05, EWS-01. Out of which, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/Departmental candidates) in 02 years full time MBA/ PG Degree or Diploma, from recognized University/ Institute, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ HR.
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 30/04/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)
No. of Vacancies: 25 Nos. (UR-10, SC-04, ST-03, OBC-06, EWS-02. Out of which, 02 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/Departmental candidates) in full time M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or M.Sc. in specialization in any discipline of Agriculture OR Minimum 60% marks in 02 years’ full time MBA or PGDBM (Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ International Marketing/ Rural Management).
ii) Full time regular degree of B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/Departmental candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 30/04/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
The vacancies are for various Offices/ Units of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL).
The selected candidates will undergo minimum one year Training at various Units/ Offices of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). The candidates will be paid Basic Pay of Rs.40000/- during the training period.
Note: Only those candidates who have completed their PG Degree/ Diploma and whose final year results have been declared are eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview. The Online Test will be conducted at various centers across India. For more details please see the Official Advt.
