1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01. Out of which, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (full time) as well in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (full time course of minimum 02 years) in HR Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be HRM
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/03/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600-46,500/-
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (full time) as well in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (full time course of minimum 02 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be Marketing Management.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/03/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600-46,500/-
Note: Final year students who could submit Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets in original by the time of personal interview can also apply.
The candidates willing to apply for the post of Management Trainee (HR/ Marketing) in Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) are required to appear for UGC-NET examination of June-2019 and qualify in the examination. For more details please see the Official Advt.
The candidates selected as Management Trainees will be placed on Training for one year. After successful completion of training, the candidates shall be placed under Probation for one more year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of UGC-NET, June-2019 Score and Personal Interview.
