MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
TOTAL VACANCIES: 20 Posts (UR-10, EWS-01, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-05. Out of which, 01 post is reserved for PWD candidates)
Discipline wise Qualification, Age limit and Pay Scale are given below:
1. MECHANICAL
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.
OR
Five year Integrated Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 31/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-
2. MINING
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mining Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.
OR
Five year Integrated Master degree in Mining Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 31/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-
3. ELECTRICAL
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.
OR
Five year Integrated Master degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.

4. CHEMICAL
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.

5. MINERAL
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mineral Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.

Five year Integrated Master degree in Mineral Engineering from recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years.

6. FINANCE
Educational Qualification: Qualified CA/ CMA.
OR
B.com and MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 31/12/2018.

Candidates who have completed their Degree on or before 31/12/2018 are only eligible to apply.
The candidates appeared/ appearing in final year/ semester and awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will undergo One year training at various units/ offices of Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL). During the training period, Management Trainees will be paid Rs. 40800/- per month as Stipend.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Personal Interview. The tentative date of written examination is 16/06/2019. The written examination will be held in the following centres- Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Trivandrum, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati.
