1. MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Personnel/ HR/ Industrial Relation from recognized Institute or Master’s/ Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have at least 04 years’ post qualification relevant Industry experience.
ii) Knowledge and experience in SAP & implementation of SAP HR Modules will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 2,08,700/-
2. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Associate/ Fellow Member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 12 years relevant post qualification experience.
ii) Knowledge and experience in SAP-FICO Module will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years as on 31/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.78,800/- to 2,09,200/-
3. MANAGER (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (SC-01, UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 04 years relevant post qualification experience.
ii) Knowledge and experience in SAP-FICO Module will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 2,08,700/-
The selected candidates will be kept under Probation for a period of one year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Academic Qualification, Experience and Personal Interview.
