Educational Qualification: Graduate with Charted Accountant or Cost & Works Accountant or Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce or Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from premier B school.
Experience: Post qualification experience of Minimum 10 years for the post of Manager or 07 years for Dy. Manager or 03 years for Assistant Manager in Tea Garden operation.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for Manager and Dy. Manager and 35 years for Assistant Manager as on 15/08/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600-54500/-
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (DIGITAL MARKETING)

Educational Qualification: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management / Professional Certificate Course in Digital Marketing from a recognised University.
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and working with ecommerce platforms.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (PACKET TEA)

Educational Qualification: Graduation preferably with (01 year) Degree/ Diploma in Management / Agricultural Science etc.
Experience: Minimum 03 years Marketing experience in a reputed Tea Company.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 15/08/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-
