1. MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 30 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Any Graduate from a reputed University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
ii) Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience.
The candidates with experience in credit sanctioning, monitoring particularly Housing & Mortgage loans will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.28000 – 43450/-.
2. JUNIOR OFFICERS
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) A degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
ii) Proficiency in Data Entry/ Computer Applications is preferred.
iii) The candidate must be able to speak, read and write in the local language (apart from English) of the region/ area for which he/she applies.
iv) The candidate should hail from the same region/ area for which he/she applies.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16000/- for 1st year, Rs.18000/- for 2nd year & Rs.21000/- for 3rd year per month.
3. SENIOR MANAGERS (Inspection & Audit)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Retired officers of Banks/ Financial Institutions. For more details please see the Official Advt.
ii) Should possess adequate Computer knowledge and should be able to handle Computers independently.
Experience: Should have work experience in Credit and Inspection/ Audit in any Bank/ FIs.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Regular and Contract basis.
The posts of Junior Officer and Senior Manager are on Contract basis initially for a period of One year only, which may be extended for further 02 (two) years based on the requirement of the Company and satisfactory performance of the candidates.
The candidates selected for the post of Manager (at Sl. No. 1) will be on probation for a period of one year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview wherever applicable.
