JUNIOR GRADE OF MIZORAM CIVIL SERVICE (MCS)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) A degree of any recognized University.
ii) Basic Knowledge of Computer Application equivalent to Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or Diploma in Computer Application/ Certificate in Computer Application from recognised institutions or such other courses of the level as determined by the Government from time to time.
iii) Working knowledge of Mizo language is compulsory.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 01/04/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Candidate must be a permanent resident of the state of Mizoram. Candidates who have appeared for their final examinations and waiting for the results to be declared are also eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination (consisting of two stages namely, Preliminary Examination and Main Examination).

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- 150 for SC/ST/OBC) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid by Cash or Treasury Challan or by uncrossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favour of Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission.
