1. MEDICAL OFFICER FULL TIME (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-01, ST-01) (At English Bazar & Old Malda Municipality)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS from recognized Institution with one year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
ii) Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
iii) The candidate should be permanent resident of West Bengal.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. MEDICAL OFFICER (AH)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC) (Any AFHC, Malda district)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS doctor.
ii) Preference will be given for Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in G&O or Paediatrics and similar experience.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
3. LAB TECHNICIAN (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, ST-01) (At English Bazar & Old Malda Municipality)
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
ii) Knowledge in Computer, MS Office and Internet is required.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,220/- per month.
4. LAB TECHNICIAN (BLOOD BANK)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST) (Any blood bank of Malda district)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma/ Degree.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
OR
Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
OR
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
iii) Working knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: i) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of Blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed Blood Bank) in case of candidates having M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT/ BMLT.
ii) One year post qualification experience in the testing of Blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed Blood Bank) in case of candidates having DMLT/ DLT.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/12/2018.

5. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (BLOOD BANK & BLOOD COMPONENT SEPARATION UNIT)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST) (Any BB&BCSU of Malda district)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
OR
Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
OR
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
iii) Working knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: i) One year post qualification experience in Blood Component Separation Unit for candidates having M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT/ BMLT/ DMLT/ DLT.
ii) a) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of Blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed Blood Bank) in case of candidates having M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT/ BMLT.
b) One year post qualification experience in the testing of Blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed Blood Bank) in case of candidates having DMLT/ DLT.

6. KALA-AZAR TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC) (Any Block in Malda district)
Educational Qualification: i) Science Graduate with Biology as a paper.
ii) Candidate must have two-wheeler driving license.
iii) The candidate must be a permanent resident of the district applied for.
Age Limit: Minimum 50 years and maximum 65 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,500/- per month.
7. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (PUBLIC HEALTH)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (District DQ)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS/ Dental/ Ayush/ Nursing Graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Health Management.
ii) Training in Health Quality like NABH/ ISO 9001:2000/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Experience: Two years relevant work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
8. BLOCK ACCOUNTS MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01) (Any Block of Malda district)
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum Bachelor Degree in Commerce from any recognized University with advanced knowledge of Computer- especially in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing and Accounting software e.g. Tally.
ii) Working skill in LAN Environment.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
9. DISTRICT FINANCE & LOGISTICS OFFICER (FLO)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (Public Health Wing, Malda)
Educational Qualification: Inter CA/ Inter ICWA/ M.Com or MBA (Finance/ Material Management) with knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: i) At least 03 years experience for accounting including analysis Financial Reporting Budgeting Financial Software & reporting System.
ii) Experience of working in Health Care Financing/ National Health Account.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22,700/- per month.
