Essential Qualification:
- Essential/Desirable qualifications, age, and experience for the above posts are as per Recruitment Rules (2019) for Non-teaching staff in NITs, available at ANNEXURE-l.
- Trade/Branch/Field of study with educational qualifications for Technical Posts (Technician, Senior Technician, and Technical Assistant) in different departments/sections is available at ANNEXURE-II.
Age Limit/Relaxation:
- The maximum age limit for each post shall be as per Recruitment Rules.
Processing Fee:
- Applicants belonging to UR, EWS, and OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories shall be required to online pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/… SC/ST, PwD, and Women applicants are exempted from payment of processing fees.
- The processing Fee is non-refundable.
General Instructions:
- Applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the post applied for. They must be fulfilling eligibility criteria as of the closing date of applications failing which their application will be rejected.
- The Institute will retain data on online applications received from non-shortlisted applicants only for three months after the completion of the recruitment process.
- Applicants before applying must ensure that they meet eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement. If the applicants are found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified, their candidature may be canceled and if selected, an appointment may be canceled. Hiding information or submitting false information may lead to the cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment.
- Applicants will be considered only for the posts applied for.
- Applicants who wish to apply for more than one post or for a post in multiple departments/sections should apply separately for each post/ each department in the prescribed manner and separate applications with the application fee, if applicable, must be submitted for each post/ each
- Applications will be considered only for those positions which are applied for.
- The applicants are required to apply through Online mode only. Application in any other form will not be accepted and will be summarily No communication in this regard will be entertained.
- Applicants would be allowed to appear in the selection process on the basis of the information furnished by them in their application form. They are, therefore, advised to ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions before applying. In case, it is found at a later stage that the information furnished by the applicant is false or the applicant does not fulfill eligibility conditions, the candidature of such an applicant would be canceled and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained. Issuance of the letter for the selection process will not confer any right for appointment.
