National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 115 posts of Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) and Manager (Grade ‘B’). NATIONAL BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (NABARD) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 115 POSTS OF ASSISTANT MANAGER (GRADE “A”) AND MANAGER (GRADE ”B”). LAST DATE  (EXTENDED)— 20.04.2016.

 

1. Assistant Managers (Grade ‘A’): 100 Nos. (SC-15, ST-08, OBC-27, UR- 50)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline like, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years
OR Master’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years
OR Doctorate Degree
OR Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor’s Degree
OR Two Year Full time PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification  with Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: At least three years’ full time experience (02 years for SC/ST) as an Officer in Commercial / Cooperative / Regional rural Banks/ FIIs/Corporates /Non-Banking Finance Companies.
Age Limit: Between 21 years and 30 years as on 31.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.17100/- Rs.33200/-

 

2. Managers (Grade ‘B’): 15 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01, OBC-04, UR-08)
Educational Qualification (Revised):
(i) A first class Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in
aggregate of all semesters / years
OR
(ii) A second class master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade, in
aggregate of all semesters / years
OR
(iii) A Doctorate Degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate
of all semesters/years in Master’s Degree
OR
(iv) Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor’s Degree
OR
(v) PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognised by GoI / UGC, with Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree
Note: SC/ST/PWD candidates having second class with a minimum of 55% or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years in Bachelor’s Degree examination or having post graduate degree or equivalent recognised qualification are eligible to apply 
Experience: No Experience required.
Age Limit (Revised): Between 21 years and 35 year as on 31.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.21000/- and Rs.36400/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through online Examination which will base on three phases (Phases-I and Phases-II) and Interview. Online Examination will hold at various centres across the country.

Phases-I online examination will be held on 08.05.2016 and phases-II online examination will be held on 05.06.2016.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD)

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.750/- for Grade A and Rs.850/- for Grade B (Rs.100/- in case of SC, ST, PWD) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
