1. ASSISTANT MANAGER/ ARCHITECT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: B.Arch. and should be registered with Council of Architecture.
PG Degree/ Diploma in related discipline is preferable.
Experience: Minimum 03 years work experience in handling Architectural projects with proficiency in ACAD, 3D.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000/-
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (PME)/ ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE- I (PME)/ ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE- II (PME)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) B.E/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
ii) Post Graduation in Construction Management/ Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 04, 03 and 02 years post qualification work experience (for Assistant Manager (PME), Engineering Associate- I (PME) and Engineering Associate- II (PME) respectively).
Exposure to MS project and PRIMAVERA P6 will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for Engineering Associate & Maximum 40 years for Assistant Manager as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000/- (for Assistant Manager)/ Rs.40000-140000/- (for Engineering Associate- I)/ Rs.30000-120000/- (Engineering Associate- II)
3. EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE- II (ADMIN)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate.
ii) Working knowledge of Computers (MS Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project, G-Suite).
iii) Shorthand speed of 100 wpm in English.
iv) Typing speed of 60 wpm in English and 40 wpm in Hindi.
Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.30000-120000/-
4. EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE- II (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: B.Com with 60% marks.
M.Com/ ICWA/ CA is preferable.
Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.30000-120000/-
5. PROTOCOL-CUM-ADMIN. ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation.
ii) Basic knowledge of working on computer, such as checking/ sending e-mails etc.
iii) Should have valid LMV driving license.
Experience: Should have 03 years experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.16250-52950/-
6. MANAGER/ ARCHITECT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.Arch. and should be registered with Council of Architecture.
PG Degree/ Diploma in related discipline is preferable.
Experience: Minimum 06 years experience in handling Architectural projects with proficiency in ACAD, 3D.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.60000-180000/-
The selected candidates will undergo probation for a period of two (02) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. The Interview will be held at New Delhi.
