1. CONSULTANT FLUOROSIS (NPCF)
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: i) For Medical Person: Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Community Medicine/Public Health/Bio Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Pathology /Community Resource or Management/ Environmental Health or equivalent.
   OR
   ii) For Non Medical Person: Doctorate Degree (PhD) Biochemistry/Nutrition/Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ Life sciences/ Public Health/Community Resource or equivalent.
   Desirable:
   Three years experience after post graduate medical qualification/Doctorate qualification for non medical in research/teaching /laboratory services/Programme implementation etc.
   Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.35000/- per month.

 

2. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (NPCF)
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Two years Diploma Course in Laboratory Technology from an institute recognized by WB Govt.
   Desired Qualification: (i) Working Experience as LT and (ii) Handling of ion-metre would be an added advantage
   Preference will be given to the Candidates from Birbhum district .
   Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,000/- per month.

 

3. FIELD LNVESTIGATOR (NPCF)
   No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, UR-02)
   Educational Qualification: 10+2 pass with science at least 50% aggregate marks. Preference will be given to candidates with 60% marks and above marks.
   Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs. 10,000/- per month.

 

4. PARA MEDICAL WORKER (PMW) UNDER NLEP
   No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
   Educational Qualification: MSW / BSC with 3 years of experience in the field of Public Health.
   OR
   Passed Higher Secondary/Equivalent and holding PMW (Health Worker) Training certificate.
   Candidates must have Working knowledge of computer.
   Desirable :
   i) Experience in Leprosy activities.
   ii) Candidates from the home District.
   Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,000/- per month.

 

5. DISTRICT CONSULTANT – QUALITY ASSURANCE (NHM)
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. Training and experience on implementing a recognize quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
   Previous experience in the field of Health quality would be added advantage.
   Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000/- per month.

 

6. STAFF NURSE- NHM, NUHM, RCH
   No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-02)
   Educational Qualification: i) GNM passed from an recognized institute and ii) Should have proficiency in local language.
   Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 01.01.2018. as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.

 

7. MEDICAL OFFICER- RCH, TCU
   No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
   Educational Qualification: i) Recognized M.B.B.S Degree and ii) Knowledge in computer, MS Office, internet is required.
   Desirable: 
   i) Diploma in Child Health.
   ii) Experience in working with Thalassaemia patients or General patient.
   Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 01.01.2018. as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000/- per month.

 

8. COUNSELLOR- NPCDCS
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Degree/ Diploma in counselling/ Health Education/ Mass Communication.
   Experience: At least 2 years experience of working as a counselor in heath care facility. Conversant in MS Office is preferential.
   Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018. as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/- per month.

 

9. DISTRICT FINANCE CUM LOGISTIC OFFICER- NPCDCS
   No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
   Educational Qualification: Inter CA/ Inter ICWA/ M.com or MBA (Finance/ Material Management) with knowledge of Computer.
   Experience: Experience in working in health care financing/ National health account.
   Desirable: i) At least 3 years of Experience for accounting including analysis Financials reporting budgeting Financial Software & Reporting system and ii) Experience in working in Health Care Financing/ National Health Account.
   Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018. as on 01.01.2018.
   Consolidated Pay: Rs. 22700/- per month.

 

10. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN- NPCDCS
    No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
    Educational Qualification: i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biotogical Science before obtaining diploma or degree.
    ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory techniques (DLT) from any recognized university/ institution.
    OR
    Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any recognized University/ institution.
    OR
    Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sci n MLT/ PGDMLT) from any recognized university/ institution.
    iii) Working Knowledge of Computer
    Desirable: i) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of Blood Component (in a licensed blood bank) in case of candidates having M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT/ BMLT. and/or ii) One year post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed blood bank) in case of candidates having DMLT/ DLT.
    Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018.

11. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR (TBHV)- RNTCP

    Educational Qualification: i) Graduate
    OR
    ii) intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Heath worker/Certificate or higher course in health education/ counselling.
    OR
    iii) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course.
    iv) Minimum two months Certificate course in computer operations.
    Note: Candidate should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification.
    Desirable: Training course for MPW or recoqnized sanitary inspector’s course.
    Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 62 years as on 01.01.2018. as on 01.01.2018.

12. MEDICAL OFFICER DTC- RNTCP
    No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
    Educational Qualification: i) MBBS or equivalent degree from recognized institution.
    ii) Must have completed compulsory Rotatory internship.
    iii) Working knowledge of computer.
    Desirable: 
    i) Diploma / MD Public Health/ Tuberculosis & Chest diseases.
    ii) One year experience in RNTCP.

13. DENTAL ASSISTANT (NOHP)

    Educational Qualification: Matriculation from Recognized board
    Experience: One year of experience.
    Two years or above experience will be Desirable.

14. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR FOR BLOOD BANK, NHM
    No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
    Educational Qualification: i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biotogical Science before obtaining diploma or degree.
    ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory techniques (DLT) from any recognized university/ institution.
    OR
    Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any recognized University/ institution.
    OR
    Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sci n MLT/ PGDMLT) from any recognized university/ institution.
    iii) Working Knowledge of Computer.
    Desirable: 
    i) One year post qualification in Blood Component Separation unit of candidates having M.Sc in MLT/ PGDMLT/ BMLT/ DMLT/DLT.

15. ICTC LAB TECHNICIAN

    Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSC) with minimum one year experience after graduation.
    OR
    Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum two years experience after diploma.
    ii) Working knowledge of computer.
    Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2018.
    Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of Merit, Written test, Practical test and Interview wherever applicable.
